Product does not work with the Mozilla Thunderbird email client. The support is terrible. No one from CardScan returns emails or voice mails. I can’t even get an RMA so I can return the product. The AtYourService software does not work. I have high speed Internet access, and saving the contacts file to the network account fails repeatedly. If fact, it’s never worked. The dialog box shows progress, and then for an unexplained reason, it fails for request timeout. Save your money and time.

I purchased 2 different CardScan packages from Tech for Less. Neither one of the refurbished scanners worked. Now I’m leary about purchasing a new scanner.

Bought this card scanner for my husband. He loves it. It is very easy to use and the card information is stored correctly.

We purchased this for our VP to use. I tested it and it works just as expected. No problems installing the software or configuring it to sync with Outlook. The scanner was properly detected as plug ‘n’ play in Windows XP and there were no issues.

Works as advertised. Software is a bit hard to get through, but is fine after learning.
Has saved hours on card fileing and then re-finding them!
