It worked with my phone. At least for a few weeks. Then the ring near the tip came off and the plastic came apart. Once this happens, the spring on the retract wheel comes off and then there is no way to get the cord back into housing. It did work for a while. But I would recommend that you use electrical tape on the housing before it falls apart. Then it might be all right. But I wouldn’t buy another. My recommendation would be to use a USB type charger base with a removable cord. That way you can leave the charger in the lighter socket and just put the cord in a stowage compartment. Just simpler, and you can charge other items if they charge with USB on your computer.

This product seems to work as designed. The ability to retract the cord is a nice touch, especially when trying to store it in the glove compartment or center console of the car. The only concern I have is the thickness of the cord. It seems very thin and susceptible to being snapped if the user is not careful.
